Dena, David and I went on a photography adventure yesterday. I took them to my favorite shooting location, and they voluntarily waded through frigid water, slipped around in thick mud, and climbed over all sorts of rocks. (I promise I won't make you two do these things on your wedding day!) My flip flops took a beating, but it was well worth it for these spectacular images. I posted just a couple of my favorite images, but you should watch the video slide show to see all the photos from the shoot.

Baby Mylie
Last night I took dinner to my friend Beth, who just had her baby. After dinner, I decided I needed some new pics of the gorgeous girl, so I brought in my camera and we had an impromptu photography session in Mylie's nursery. I am thrilled with the results! You should check out my facebook page if you want to see a slideshow of the images.
If you want to see pics of her when she was just an hour or two old, you can head over to my personal blog. :) Welcome to the world, Mylie Elizabeth!
Big brother Elijah got in on the action. I am always kissing on his feet because they are so darn cute, so this is one of my favorites of the night.
If you want to see pics of her when she was just an hour or two old, you can head over to my personal blog. :) Welcome to the world, Mylie Elizabeth!

LSW Prom 2009
Yesterday I spent the afternoon getting my cousin, Kristen, ready for prom. Once she was dressed and primped she met up with all her friends, and we headed to Unity Village in Lee's Summit for some quick photos before they were off to Skies for dinner.
Putting on the shoes. This is one of my favorite shots from the day.
My other cousin with his date, Brooke. He did a whole series patterned after "The Bachelor" to find a date to prom. He also won prom king!
I love Kristen's dress!

Free Trash the Dress
I am offering free Trash the Dress sessions (although I've decided to call them Cherish the Dress, since that's really what the session is about) to any recent or not so recent bride this summer. I love the images that come from these sessions, and I have some really fun ideas I want to try. So if you are willing to be my model and get some rocking pictures of the dress you have locked in your closet, contact me!
